Something stuck inbetween Inner and outer Washing Machine Drum?

Hope someone can help. A important ring I wear is stuck between the outer and inner drum and I cant seem to get it out. It makes a terrible noise when the washing machine spins. I have lifted the washing machine backwards and it seems to have stopped a bit when I spin it, but wheres my ring gone? it must still be in there some place?. I drained some water out of the Pipe at the back into a bowl but no ring came out? I just don't understand where it is or how to get it out?

Ohh my Washing Machine is a zanussi electrolux f1045w

have you got a filter on the machine, you could try having a look there.

OP have a look here, click 'get manual', scroll to page 16, 'cleaning the pump', might help.

Sounds as though the ring might be stuck between the drum and outer container - if so, the machine will need to be stripped down to get to the drum and extract the ring. By no means a cheap task if you employ a local tradesman! :eek:

Yes, its stuck in between the drum and outer container, it may have even fallen into the heater part. I really don't know how to get it out. Its a nightmare. Cant believe something can go missing like that in a washing machine.
