    Hold out for some more offers! Don't accept the first and make sure that your EA chases up everyone that has shown that 'continued interest' and invites them to make an offer. Then make sure that they have a flat 'yes' or 'no' as to whether each person will offer.

    15 viewings in a week is top stuff, hold out!

    Thanks for your opinions, it helps to have ideas "floated".

    Partner and I have discussed it and agreed that we will reject this offer.
    We will ask the agent to let us know what the offerer's reaction is.

    There are still more viewings to take place and if the agent mentions this, it might encourage a higher offer!

    We would still prefer a cash purchaser if one were interested. I will also ask the agent to chase up the other interested parties. If they arent going to offer they might give valuable feedback.
