III regular investment failed

...even though I had funds to cover it AND paid my £20 quarterly fee on July 1.
They've charged me for the investments from my £20 'credit' though :mad:
happened to anyone else? (if anyone has stuck with them that is!)

Yeah, happened to me too.
Expecting it to go through later though so no panic yet.

it's always nice to have an excuse to write a snarky SM to them though 0

Happened to me too... sent them a snotty SM because the transaction fee had been charged (they go that right) and there was sufficient credit to pay the investments.
Anyway, decided to call them.. apparently there was a system issue Monday morning and they are working through it. All should be OK tomorrow.
