Extension build costs

i am going to have a single storey extension to rear of property i have purchased ext will be approx 10.5mtrs wide x 4mtrs depth, would someone be kind enough to tell me what my approx building costs are likely to be cheers.

    depends on the finish. As a benchmark £42,000 but it could be £32k or £52k depending on the deal or strike.

    Too many variables, quality/finish/windows style/elevation or slopes/access etc etc, not to mention your location.

    Grab 1/2 a doz or even more quotes from local builders on a project of this size
