Son, 19 today and daughter 16 (17 next Tuesday) are both currently on holiday from their college courses. My son claims Carer's Allowance as I am disabled. They are both looking for some sort of work (to no avail so far) but will return to college 3 days each week (that was the days they attended last year so I assume it will be the same this year).
Can they claim Jobseekers Allowance or Income Support while off?

As you are claiming benefits for them, they have no entitlement to claim in their own right.0
