Does anyone know what correct web address is for Onetel ??
https://www.onetel.co.uk does not seem to be working anymore !!
I phoned customer services (in India of course), they gave out:
https://www.oneteltalktalk.co.uk
https://www.talktalkonetel.co.uk
These don't work either.
I know Onetel are part of TalkTalk now, but I would not expect their main web address to go dead. My billing email still has https://www.onetel.co.uk address, so I assume it's still valid.

https://www.onetel.co.uk still works for me, as does https://www.talktalkonetel.co.uk. In fact, they are both aliases for webcluster.onetel.net.uk. You should get redirected, and asked to log in. Once you’ve logged in, you can see information about Onetel’s services. As Onetel long ago stopped accepting new customers, I presume this is to stop those who don’t have accounts from seeing the information. You need to be allowing cookies from onetel.co.uk to successfully log in. https://www.onetel.net and https://www.onetel.net.uk also still function. You can log into the account website directly at https://secure1.onetel.net.uk/cgi-bin/uk/onesys.wsc/net/net-newmsg.w?NoMsg=True.
There is one problem, and that is that all of Onetel’s security certificates have expired. This means that, when you end up at one of their secure webpages, you get warning messages. When you log into the website for your account, you see the following message.Service AnnouncementWhy they haven’t either paid to renew their security certificates, or, if they are too tight to do that, moved to a TalkTalk domain that has a valid certificate, I don’t know.
The message that you are seeing when you attempt to log into the "my account" area of the talktalkonetel website does not mean that the security of the site is in any way compromised, the security certificate is an additional layer of security that we provide to our customers which at the present time is being updated.
If you would like any further information on the security measures taken, please click on the "log-in security" link on the login in page. If you have any concerns with using this area at the present time, please contact our customer services team with any account queries or transactions you may have.
We apologise for any inconvenience this upgrade may cause.古池や蛙飛込む水の音0 -
Yes, I missed that !!
I didnt read what web page said & just assumed it was invalid.
This is what it says:
"There is a problem with this website's security certificate.
The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority.
The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid.
Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server.
