i have just recieved a cheque from Abbey for £175 the differenc that they charged us when leaving them last year and the contract we signed 16 years ago along with credit card charges refunded and £300 saving on our holiday all i can say is thank you all for the help and information to gain this money back and to beating these companys at their own game
