help.. retract bid

new to selling this is about my 10th item and someone has asked to retract there bid .. no probs as theres other buyers but its got about 10 hours to go

so how do i retract a bid my end so this buyers bid no longer exists

    Unfortunatly, u can't cancell as it's gone below 12hours remaining!!

    You can however 2nd chance offer the item once the auction ends to the bidder just below the winner :)

    Or hope the item gets outbid by someone that does want it :)

    a seller can cancel a buyers bid at anytime before the auction ends

    its the buyer that cant retract a bid within 12 hours of auction end, if they wish to do that they have to contact the seller to do it.

    they may still be outbid, but if you let it go to the end and they are the winner and you offer second chance to someone else, you will have 2 lots of fees to pay.
