I know that ex-demo's have less than 9,000 miles on them, as half of our fleet is comprised of them!

Please do come back and let us know who you report SMMT and TS to for IGNORING THE LAW when they decide that Clarks did the right thing by cancelling the sale when requested0 -
At least other posters will be able to read this post and make up their own minds, before they visit Arnold Clark.
Some posters on here are very Pro Car Dealer. They have an agenda.
Arnold Clark only refunded my deposit when I drew their attention to THE LAW ! I am still Out Of Pocket.
ARNOLD CLARK BROKE THE LAW !
Not what a customer would expect from a Ford Main Dealer.0 -

And I'd rather have a car that's been driven like this on our fleet for two years than I would a car that I've driven from new for 2 years!
Our cars have technically gone through 3/4 people driving it for this time, however the bottom line is that our cars are sold as one owner cars, the owner in question being 'Xyz Ltd', which happens to be a leasing company that we use internally for our own corporate group. If it's gone as a taxi afterwards (as the majority of our vehicles do for a year or two) then you can add another 2-3 users and 100k miles on this!
I will, however, sell the car under full knowledge to the new owner of exactly what it's been used for.Creating a misleading impression that a vehicle has one previous private owner – for example through the use of statements such as 'one previous owner' – when in fact it is an ex-rental vehicle that has been rented out to many drivers.
As above
Also, this would come out when the documents were viewed, surely?Because all privately owned cars get driven so well?
Mine's been driven on kickdown since I've had it, but it has been maintained, as above!💙💛 💔0
