    The hours are wrong because it is 60hrs per 4 weeks not per month

    They have to use actual pay as the base for the holiday pay(as this is not overtime hours) average is 1.5 which works fo any full weekends they take off, but can cause an issue if they decide to take all fridays or sundays.

    actualy since the hours per day are the same working out in days is fine, 5.6 weeks at average of 2.5 days per week so 14 days.

    Yes wrong because I was responding to the statement in the OP which said working 60 hours a month! The later posts weren't visible to me when I was drafting response (I don't understand why).
