Part 2 : Terms and Conditions specific to ‘Weekly Hero Competition’ mechanics and prizes
There will be four (4) main Hero Competitions running for four (4) consecutive weeks. These Terms and Conditions cover the third promotional week and the third Hero Competition ONLY;
The third weekly competition will be live from 10:00 on 23rd July 2012 and runs until 12:00 on 27th July 2012. The Mechanic: There are thirty-two (32) QR codes on both on, and offline locations around the UK. These locations will be seeded on https://www.twitter.com/xperiaunleashed. To participate, you (hereinafter “You or the “Participant”) need to enter the Competition by finding any one of them, scan each individual code using a QR reader on your smartphone or download a reader using suggested links in paragraph 2 of General Terms & Conditions below. Once the QR code has been scanned, you will be taken to a mobile site which will ask you to answer a question. When you answered the question correctly, you will be taken to a data entry form.
To be entered into the Competition, you must also complete the entry form by submitting your: First name, surname, email address along with agreeing to these terms.
At the end of the promotional period, there will be a prize-draw to randomly select one (1) winner, who will be notified by email on the 27th July.
The Prize: A film set visit. The movie is Cuban Fury and cast includes – Chris O’Dowd, Rashida Jones, Ian McShane, Nick Frost.
Sony mobile communication, the promoter, will provide transport to the filming location, but not accommodation. The filming location is looking to be around the London area.
Winner availability: Winners must be readily available to attend on Monday 27th July, to be able to take part. There are no alternative prizes for winners who are not available on this date, location or time. There is no allowance for sustenance or accommodation costs for winners to attend either of the gigs.
The promoter will issue tickets to the winners directly..
Winner fulfilment: A representative from Sony Mobile’s communications agency, iris Worldwide, will contact the winners directly (upon provision of confirmation of age, a valid email address and telephone number) to secure their place at the event.
