Hi All i Went BR BACK IN 2009 - DISCHARGED A YEAR LATER- My case file is closed now etc- What i would like to know is can i claim with and will i get an payout ? I will argue that the charges was part of what made me BR ( i HAD BANK LOAN, CAR CREDIT, AND BANK CARDS).
Can anyone tell me if it is worth a go to try to claim and will the said payout be mine or will they try to take it off me - ?

No you wont.I will argue that the charges was part of what made me BR ( i HAD BANK LOAN, CAR CREDIT, AND BANK CARDS).
You may argue that but it is unrealistic to blame small insurance premiums for a bankruptcy.
You are entitled to complain still. However, you will not personally see any money as it is classed as a pre-bankruptcy asset and will go to the official receiver to pay the creditors who you failed to pay when you went bankrupt. This is on the Govt's bankruptcy site in black and white. Can anyone tell me if it is worth a go to try to claim and will the said payout be mine or will they try to take it off me - ?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
