TNS Shopandscan

Hi There

I recently got a new computer but since then I have been unable to send my clicker transmissions to TNS shopandscan. I have windows xp mediacenter and wonder if there are issues with this and the activex control thingy? OR is it something to do with norton internet security?

Any help would be gratefully appreciate dbecause tns can't seem to help me and they'r ethreatening to take back my clicker so I would lose my £1 a week allowance.

    I was with them for a while, dreadful they are.

    Often saying I hadn't sent updates when I had, would have pestered on the phone all the time if it wasn't for the fact I signed up with a voicemail box only number.

    Then all of a sudden mine stopped transmitting altogether, nothing had changed my end, then sent out new cables and scanner, yet still the same.

    They were clueless, I didn't have to to mess about, I assemble and repair PCs and install software all day as my job I don't want to sort their problems out as it had to be their end.

    In the end I just posted everything back to them and told them to stuff it.

    It was such a pain in the rear end anyway, life is too short to mess about scanning items and sending updates.

    Best thing you can do is forget them.

    You have installed all the drivers for the device on your new PC?

    I just can't get the software to download so I've e-mailed them. I'll let you know if I hear anything useful back
