This is as near as we’ve come to ‘smoking gun’ evidence of Banners Broker being a Ponzi scam.

That would be because Julie Diligent said

If you follow their instructions and delete the _ then they (at least the first one - I can't be bothered checking the rest) work perfectly.

I am not an 'affiliate' of BB and have no axe to grind either way.

I would really love BannersBroker to be as good as the claims made for it - and for maybe the first year you can show a small profit. But the system will push you further and further up the cost chain and without the cushion of referrals it could cost $'000s just to stay in the game.

Just looking at the numbers shows this - most of the happy punters are still in their first year when reality hasn't kicked in, which is a clue.

Referring people becomes a necessity after about 10 months if any progress is going to be made.

When I first saw the site my initial reaction was 'where is the product?' and the longer I studied the site and the process the more it looked like a game that didn't need a product - lots of bright colours, buying tokens to get things and happy, happy feelings from those at the top who doubtless are making money - but at the expense of those lower down, and especially from those who believe you don't need referrals.

Geordie Joe & sls1365, I am surprised philsmy.com didn't pick up on the fact that Bannersbroker only use a free wordpress blog (or they did when I first visited the scammers last year) that made me sceptical from the start. Then when I read the conditions it said Pyramid building.

Yes some people in early will make some money from the deal, but the ones making the big money are those setting up this scam.

It relies on none Advertising Media people getting media advertising, and knowing how to get media advertising.

Yeh sure, the Ad companies are just queing up to sign advertising over to some amatuer, that will not even know where to search to get the visitor figures for Websites (MSE currently is the 50th most visited website in UK has 37,606,502 monthly page views and 10.27 million monthly visitors) my own is currently not ranked lol.

But hey I have reduced my debt this month, and think £150 for a website for 3 years is worth paying, even if bannersbrokers use a freebie with no visitor figures at all, so no potential advertising of their own?
