  • Hi There, I'm new to this forum.
I'd like to hear more from sls1365 - with personal goal - to show people that some internet opportunities are NOT a con!
I am very sceptical, but also very in need to making some extra cash. Can you help?

Strange how you just join and discover this one thread out of so many to discuss making extra cash.

If he was using a dubious user name as it appears he would not be able to respond, only if he took another name.

Why not ask Mr Driscoll direct ?

    Hi Dollars Broker,

Maybe you can answer my question please?

Quite a while back there was an issue with the UK VAT number for Banners Broker that they published on their website when it turned out not to be valid. They now do not charge VAT
However I was assured they where VAT registered in ROI & Portugal.
I'm having problems finding the VAT numbers for these countries.
Do you know what they are?

Sorry for the late reply, been a busy few days. Anyhow, I admit that I do not know the VAT numbers for those countries.

Banners Broker is a Ponzi scheme run by criminals.

How does it work? What does it do?
It works by brokering advertising space which is filled with Ads like those on my Website and many others.
It allows me to share in the money created by Internet Advertising as both a Publisher and an Advertiser.
  • That is a GREAT explanation, iain_sherriff!

It is sort of like several years ago if you asked, how did Enron make money. I could answer "By brokering electricity, which we all need. It allows us to share in the money created by electrical demand as both a user and producer."

In case you don't know, Enron was the energy company version of one of the largest ponzi-esque schemes in history. It helped give rise to Sarbanes-Oxley legislation in the USA, which by the way is one of the main reasons your beloved Banners Broker will not even attempt to set foot in the USA.

So you see, it's not the words used -- but the real workings of the company behind the words. I can guarantee that you really have no idea how Banners Broker works. You are simply repeating what the leaders of this program have filled your head with. All you can see are the results -- the panels moving, the payouts which come once in awhile.

If you took some time and sat down with anyone who really understands how advertising on the internet works, and how saturated impression traffic is becoming, with lower and lower CPM -- some say it's a "margin race to the bottom" -- you would understand that what you are in has no hope of being what it says it is.

I really don't know what Banners Broker is. But I can tell you for sure, it's not brokering internet advertising.

  • Nearly joined this. Thankfully I had a wake up call. Unfortunately, the wake up call was received as a member of a similar scam, sorry, I mean scheme.
I've not been involved with MLM or Networking since I got burned in the mid 80's to early 90's (pre internet).
Most members of these Ponzi's have already experienced being unable to withdraw money from their account. This figure will grow, as more and more people suddenly realise what these schemes are. They will attempt to withdraw their money as less and less people will join, thereby reducing the flow of money into the system.
Obviously, some folk are going to make a bit of money, but for people who are looking to get involved at a later date, all you're doing is helping to line your up-liners' pockets.
Whatever way the principals try to dress it - it's a scam, and you could well lose your money.
Same goes for Wealth4All, World Consumer Alliance et al. The only thing at the end of these rainbows, is a crock of s**t.
