V Energy are delighted to be able to offer you the opportunity to win an all-expenses paid holiday* for two to Brazil - home of the Rio Carnival and the lush Amazonian rainforest - home of the energy rich Guarana Berry.


Full Terms and Conditions

1. 1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Petty Wood & Co, their agencies or anyone connected with the competition
2. 2. No purchase necessary
3. 3. The closing date for entry is 15 September 2012. Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
4. 4. The prize includes 2 x return flights to Rio de Janeiro, 1 week's accommodation in a 4* hotel and £500 spending money
5. 5. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date and the holiday must be taken between 8-12 February 2013 which are the dates of the Carnival. If the winner cannot fly during these dates they may choose another date as long as the holiday is taken by the 30 June 2013
6. 6. The winner will be the entry deemed in the opinion of the judges to the most apt and original response
7. 7. Entries can be made on either www.facebook.com/venergyuk or www.venergybrazilcompetition.co.uk
8. 8. Only 1 entry permitted per household
9. 9. The 50 runners up prizes will be made up of 20 x hoodies, 20 x t-shirts and 10 x baseball caps. These prizes will be allocated on a random basis
10. 10. The address you provide with your competition entry will be used to send any prizes so please make sure this is correct
11. 11. In all matters concerning the competition the judges' decision is final
12. 12. No cash alternative is available to the prize offered and no correspondence can be entered into
13. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules
14. 14. The Promoter may store entrants' information and use it to contact entrants from time to time by email with information about our products and services which we think may be of interest to entrants. Entrants who would like to be contacted in such circumstances, should tick the appropriate boxes on the entry form
15. 15. Winners may be required to take part in promotional publicity. By entering into this competition, entrants agree to provide, and that we may use, details of their name, likeness, voice, performance (if applicable) and county/country of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the competition without additional authorisation, notice or compensation unless prohibited by law. Entrants also agree to provide feedback during the trip by making a daily posting to our blog and sharing photographs and videos of their prize holiday
