I have a Veritas 8 and R8 Control Panel PCB

I have just recently replaced the exterior bell.
I changed the Bell to the Texecom Odyssey 3 similar to this: http://www.citysecuritysystems.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=816
For some reason the bell light or the sound is not coming on, i followed these instructions as per the bells booklet but no sound or light. ">
On the Bell I followed the above so it has the same setup as per the instructions:
+VE Supply - Red and White (although i tried it with just the Red as per the document and nothing, i put the additional white wire as it appears on the control panel it has a Red and White wire for the +12V so put the same setup for the bell.
-VE Bell - Blue
-VE Tamper - Yellow
OV - Black
-VE Strobe - Green
Appears the Control Panel has a slightly different setup for the OV, Tamper and Bell as you will see from the pic below.

">
Due to this I changed the Control Panel to map the bells setup:
Strobe - Green
OV - Black (in the pic this is looped to Tamp)
Tamp - Yellow (in the pic this is looped to OV)
Bell - Blue (in the pic below the bell has been placed to black not sure why the original setup was like this but changed it and it did not work)
You will see from the above pic the blue and yellow wires are not connected but I did connect these as described above.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Hopefully the above makes sense.
Here's the full picture of the alarm setup (may not be clear as i took it with my phone), hopefully its clear enough

Checked late at night, just now, and it appears the bells light are working as its on right now. Although got no sound when alarm goes off

Guess fuse may be blown or some other issue. Any ideas?0 -
In case someone else has the same issue appears it was me being a noob, I was testing the external bell when alarm was set to Part but the bell only sounds when set to Full.
So my wiring was correct it was just my testing was incorrect
