Keeping the house

Things are no better between us, we seem to spend a week arguing and a week being friends. He has now taken me off the tenancy agreement.

I own a house, which is rented out and as we have been married less than two years I believe he wouldn't be entitled to it. I also remember seeing something on here about a form I can serve or file that meant he wouldn't be entitled to any of it if we divorced later on. He hasn't contributed anything to the house except some plastering that he now wants paying for.

I can't believe I'm even writing this, we've been living apart with a view to getting back together but we both, at different times, think that it has gone on too long and it can't be fixed. Then when we think that things are getting better and the good times outweigh the arguing I find out he's telling people we've seperated and he's single.
