BHChinesetakeaway or BHChinese for domain name?

Designing a mobile site for a Chinese takeaway and need a short and memorable domain name. Two names are available:
BHChinesetakeaway and BHChinese (BH stands for the takeaway's name), but I am not sure which one is better.
I prefer to BHChinese, it's short, and chinese means Chinese food, but BHChinesetakeaway has a better expression of the business. Please give me your suggestions.

Why not both for the sake of another fiver a year?

BHChinesetakeaway as the main site/base domain and BHChinese just redirecting to it? All bases covered, and as people become more familiar with it they can use the short form, but still use the full version on the main/formal site.

This is so common out in the wild, you'll kick yourself for not thinking of it ;-)

I will go for BHChinesetakeaway if it has more means for business. I don't charge much and my design package covers the cost of domain and host. I will let the site run and analyses data while keeping another name in mind.

Secondly, it's a mobile site with QR code, and hope it can overcome the disadvantage of long domain name.

My QR codes (taxi company, cafe and bar) have a link to store the phone number in.
