Play.com (MBNA) credit card application

Hi

I recently applied for a Virgin and Play.com credit card with MBNA. I went through the application and agreed to the contracts etc but got the 7-10 day message.

Well I have received an email declining me for the Virgin card. However, I received an email for the Play.com card asking me to click on a link to view and accept an agreement, in order for my application to be progressed.

Is this normal? I thought i had already accepted the agreement when applying?

Any advice is appreciated
