When captchas reflect what's happening in your real life. For example, my FIL recently had day surgery. The captcha that day was 'PILES'... guess what my FIL was having removed?
True story, I even took a screen shot and emailed it around.“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”
