    Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker
Excuse me for shamelessly bumping my own thread but I reached a new level of comping addiction this evening when my husband had to pull me out of our wheelie bin by the ankles. :o He had foolishly chucked out an Anchor butter wrapper before I'd had a chance to enter the code for the monthly comp............ one would have thought he'd have realised that we bought this brand once a month for comping purposes! :rotfl:

Don't worry about it. My DH has done that a few times, and I've had to rummage through the bins to retrieve precious codes and what have you.
You have to drill it into them that "IT'S IMPORTANT" anything that has codes must pass through a compers security clearance ritual before disposing of it. It's the law!! :rotfl:

    Debt-free and Proud!
I know that feeling. I saw some Morrisons game cards in the bin at a Morrisons supermarket a couple of weeks ago and for a split second actually considered gathering them all up.....FROM A BIN....IN PUBLIC and then taking them home so I could enter the codes.

I'm still a bit annoyed with myself that I didn't! *hangs head*
    Debt free 6th December 2014 :)

Same with the McDonalds stickers last year. DH went nuts at me 'cos I was picking them up, still didn't win though :(
Not seen any this time, folks must be keeping them for prosperity or something. :rotfl:
Also when Pepsi did that £10,000 draw a few years ago. I spent ages when out looking down at the floor looking for ring pulls. I found a total of 1 :rotfl:
    Not to worry :rotfl:

You know you're addicted to comping when you can reel off your mobile phone number! I gave my number to the garage when I took the car in for a service and they were really surprised that I knew it!

I nearly did the McDonalds thing last week - had my own (won a free medium soft drink), saw some left on tables but couldn't quite make myself go and pick them up/peel them off (it was busy and I was on my own, if it had been quiet or maybe if I was with someone else I might have had the courage to!)

    Love this thread!
I know I'm an addict because I'm on a short holiday and didn't take my iPad to have some non comping time and what am I doing? Comping secretly on my husbands iPhone when he still in bed and will quickly switch it off when I hear he's getting up not to hear from him that I'm addicted and I waste my time.
