1. By entering the free prize draw (the "Prize Draw") you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over, except for employees of the Uniqlo and Jelly Belly, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draw. By entering into the Prize Draw you confirm that you have this consent.

3. To enter you must provide us with your details online. Prize Draw closes at midnight on August 1st 2012. Only one entry per person. Uniqlo & Jelly Belly does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

4. Uniqlo and Jelly Belly complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. For further details please see our online Privacy Policy at https://www.uniqlo.com.

5. There will be 23 winners from the first 23 entries drawn at random (by an independent person) by 2nd August 2012. The winner and runners up will be notified by email by no later than 5th August 2011. Uniqlo and Jelly Belly decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes will be allocated at random, with regards to tshirt prizes winners will be asked preferred size but will not be able to specify colour or style.

6. If the prizes are not claimed within 30 days of the winner and runners up being notified, Uniqlo and Jelly Belly reserves the right to award the prizes to an alternative person.

7. The prizes are non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Uniqlo and Jelly Belly reserves the right to substitute the prizes for ones of its choosing which have a value the same or greater than the original prizes in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

8. Winner and runners up details will be available for 6 months after the draw by sending a SAE to Uniqlo and Jelly Belly promotion, Uniqlo Marketing at the address below.

9. Uniqlo and Jelly Belly reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. The £5 voucher code is only applicable to orders of £40 or over and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher cannot be used or exchanged for cash and cannot be used a against delivery charges.

12. The £5 Uniqlo voucher is only valid for use on Uniqlo.com and cannot be redeemed in store or against Jelly Belly products.

13. Only one use per voucher is permitted.
