Get Me Car Finance - Advice

Hi,

I have bad credit and applied for car finance through Get Me Car Finance and they want a £25 processing fee - now this of course sets alarm bells running so instead of paying I thought I would google but have found NO information regarding people being conned or scammed

Has anyone had any experience with this company or know anything?

Sounds tacky, they offer assurances when everyone else refuses, they want money up front.

How loud do the alarm bells have to ring?

If they were so good they wouldn't need a fee up front, you dont see the high street banks wanting a fee up front to get you a loan.

I wasn't going to take their "offer" - merely just wnted confirmation for my own sanity and so that anyone else who gets this "offer" can find this as there are no other mentions!

Nobody should pay an upfront fee for a personal loan.

And hopefully you haven't given them any of your bank details so they can do a 'credit check' or other dubious claim.

If you have, the money is already as good as gone.

I think it is more than that for you to be posting.
If you already have bad credit, you do not need to be thinking of yourself as someone who should be applying for cars on finance deals.
Save money and buy a banger.

I don't work in the financial side of car sales but get asked on a weekly basis will I get accepted for car finance with bad credit where my reply is No.
We use close Motor finance which is not the top end lender but it still requires you to have a half decent credit history to be accepted.
