Thanks to Martin and everyone's great ideas on this board, I've saved:-
£10.50 monthly Virgin Media (tv/broadband/phone package)
£14 a month Car Insurance from the Post Office (and got £50 in postal orders)
£15 monthly saving on Gas and Elec through changing suppliers
£15 a month more disposable income due to Council agreeing to spread my payments over 12 months instead of 10
£10 saving by asking my tv rental company to give me a better offer (I know I should buy a set but can't afford to as yet)
And thanks to getting a tax refund, I'm no longer paying £105 a month to pay off a loan, nor paying £30 a month off a credit card (barely more than the minimum payment) and much less overdraft interest (prob £10 a month saving) now that I've cut that right down.
Other money savers; taking my own lunch to work, joining Pigsback etc, getting a few paid online surveys.
Yikes - I can now live within my montly income and won't need to resort to using plastic !!! Boy, does that feel good :j
