Notice a few blips ;) Tetley for starters. Don't get carried away with the cereal either.

    Re...Happy's shoes

I purchased a coat from a local shop a few years back, cost £65 and wore it twice and the zip broke. Took it back wanting a refund or another coat and was told 'zip broke due to wear and tear'. Nothing they would do.
Contacted trading standards and they said that 'wear and tear' was dependent upon price paid. For example, if I had paid £3 for a coat and it lasted a few weeks then it could be argued that I had had reasonable value for the money but at £65 then you expect the coat to last a lot longer than a few weeks and the shop should either refund, replace or repair. They did refund eventually.
I would e mail Clarks, as suggested, and explain that you expected the shoes to last a lot longer than a few months for the amount of money you paid.
    Hope they reimburse you...good luck.

I went to T's this afternoon and there was a lovely old lady in there looking at earl gray. After some time of looking and deciding she decided on Tetley 50 pack. As she walked past me I said to her these are 50p and you get 30 more for half the price. She said you can come shopping with me more.

Love helping people when they are saving money :)

I was in the Blackp@@l Clifton extra this afternoon!!!:)

Got the pork loin, (hope it compares) but missed the Earl Gray and couldn't find any of the other 50p teas.:(
