Ok warning to others that have frozen oj!! :o:p:)

last night I took out for the first time a frozen oj to defrost..........
    .
mistake no.1.......don't place the oj 'stood up' on the worktop like moi did.....it don't stand! as the bottom of the bottle has 'rounded out' due to expansion  lol hence loud bang.roll, drop, bang :o lol

mistake no.2......don't continue to put it in the door of the fridge next to the milk (yep stood up! :o) and then later on make a cuppa and yep take out the milk thats keeping oj stood up......drop,bang!

mistake no.3...... oj looks defrosted (well it should be as on the bottle it states defrost overnight in the fridge, and mine had now been there approx 22hrs),bottle is now back to normal shape so safe to stand on worktop

open bottle start to pour, some comes out but it is obviously still frozen somewhat,so I straighten the bottle up and then tip to pour again,oj glugs/gloops/spurts out rapidly everywhere but into the glass!! :(:o :rotfl: slop, splash, drip, splat

yep forgot to shake/shake/shake!! :o :rotfl:

and ended up with what oj was in the glass was very watery and no bits! so maybe it seperates when freezing  lol as also all the oj that went everywhere but the glass was also 'bit less!'

I've left it to finish defrosting but I can see that maybe whats left in the bottle I'll need a spoon to eat rather then drink it! :rotfl:

    take heed peeps!! :rotfl:

    Hey late night elite's,

Back from a quick mr t visit.

Space For the evening of only had one left but a big end display showing the offer of 2 for £3 was half full of them!
Should mean there will be some left tomorrow after I've tried some of my 6 packs! So worth a good look around store.

Small normal pg scanned at normal price unfortunately. Also my store
Doesn't sell the delicate ! How rubbish is that!

    Great find thought!!!

I had to use ss as only 1 sa till that had trolley customers
And tried using my price porkie and told me to put it aside. Called sa over and she tried again and goes off to ask red shirt women who proceeded to call over from the end of the other till we don't take them any more? I said yes you do and I used one only the other day? She proceeded to talk to me over all the desks where I told her that can't be right etc etc and she said they should have been accepted at any tills over the last few weeks after they got an email. I can use it but have to tale to customer services and get re imbursed there?

That can't be right? Who do I complain too?

To top that off Womble a 5p off a litre and a £6 off £40 that expired on the 29!

Just checked my Ambipur coupon that I printed out last night. Thought it was for £2.00 but it is £1.00

Was certain it had said £2.0 on SSM so just went onto site to check. When you click the drop down box to show coupons available it shows as £2,00 coupon but only prints out as £1.00 :(

What is strange though is that even though i printed out an ariel and ambipur coupons last night it let me print them out again this evning

So if you have printed out recently have another go.

I am off to bed now everyone as work in the morning

    night night x

Great, I signed in to poofdar to cancel my profile and there was a message from someone I'd rather not have heard from and it's turned in to an argument. I hate going to bed on an argument. And now I can't cancel my profile as I like to have the last word.:rotfl:

Just gone to put another womble in the PP and:eek::eek::eek::mad:, the clubcard number on the receipt only has the last 4 numbers. Anyone else had this? Perhaps Mr T getting wise to our methods!
However that receipt is dated 25/7, but my receipts from tonight are in the usual format. How strange. I really am going now, night night for the second time x:D

Can someone please tell me the asda overcharge policy as I'm sure I've read about giftcards?
I was overcharged on two items today and the bloke just gave me the difference so was just wondering :-)

You're supposed to get refunded the overcharge and then given £2 on a giftcard.

They often "forget" to give you the giftcard so you may need to prompt them with "do you still give the £2 giftcard?"

I have been given giftcards that haven't been activated in the past and were loaded with a zero balance. Very annoying and hard to prove

Ah well, the coward has gone offline (like he normally does when I get too close to the truth) so I'm calling it a night.

    Night all.
