So do you get back £1.46 on the bits and £1.03 on the smooth?

Sorry to hear that, I guess it depends who you get then , I check to see who is on customer service before going, sometimes I do my shop first and then sometimes find they have changed shifts by the time I have finished. Saturdays and Sundays I find good, when younger staff are on there also I find it helps to return things to a different Tesco sometimes, if you can, to keep a low profile

The smooth has never worked in the past.

Yes £1.45 back on bits.

Buy only bits - watch it needs to be tested!!!!

He sat with his T shirt over his face last night!!
Really need something to neutralise the smell but even tried hand shampooing and removing with the industrial George but no better.....what next??

I bought the smooth OJ in Asda on Sunday and it came back N/A.
