Have had to skip quite a bit again, life getting in the way!:p
To my shame I discovered some boxes of Shreddies in the store cupboard yesterday...2 months out of date! Usually our stock rotation system works quite well and I'd give any surplus away before the bb dates, but in this case it failed miserably. Just wondering what to do with them now? The cereal is still fine, but I'm not sure if charities would accept out of date products and I don't know anyone else that would use them... Would really hate having to bin it.
Any suggestions from the elite?
Take the best before date off the boxes and eat them, we are on our last pack which expired in May (but don't tell my kids)0 -

Afternoon everyone, skipped a lot of yesterday but just spent some time reading everything properly, might be off to T's for some tea, cake mix and cream!
For JTD, is it like Asda where I need 8 items that have to compare?

Anyone flying and returning before the end of August? Any airport workers?

Been sitting for 25 mins waiting on the tax folk to answer. At least the music isnt totally irritating and I can read the chat at the same time!
Not meaning to be confrontational but why would you leave it until today?
Loads of people last year couldn't get through at the end and there was a big hoohaa, but it's easy to just fill it in and post if you are having trouble phoning.
There's a girl at work who was chosen for audit or something and all her details had to be in by a date in May. She just let it slide and as of last week still hadn't contacted them. Will it be a surprise when TCs stop?
It's only a game

Well its been a while since I tried to do a JTD shop and boy can't you tell lol. Got over my 8 items.....was feeling proud of myself. No finest pork, but wanted a chicken for the freezer anyway. And then I came across the all sorts £2 bogof deal.
oh dear
Well two leapt into my basket and baby brain here forgot to put them through separately. By the time I realised I was out the door. So have sent off the receipt details and we'll see what happens.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Morning all
Its just taken me 2 1/2 hrs to catch up with you all. Absolutely gutted as OH decided he was going to have a look through my vouchers etc; the other day - all stored in use by date, and he managed to get two T's vouchers mixed up £6 off 40 and £3 off 20, which should have been used by 29/07 in with Augusts vouchers, i knew i had them as had worked out a shop to use them with on Sunday and when i got to the till to pay couldn't find them :eek::eek: now i know why:( just wish people would leave things alone that didn't belong to them:mad::mad:
HC when you are off on your hols are you flying direct out of Aberdeen or going elsewhere - London, Glasgow etc where you could buy them on route? just a thought. I know when i fly out of Bristol they offer a service where you can order over the net before you go and your stuff is guaranteed to be there for you, to either take with you or to pick up on your return - may be worth looking in to.
