I am waiting for pookie from yesterday braved the chicken and pork but think I may have bought the wrong chicken I just looked for one that was £5 but it has different packaging to the ones that were linked to yesterday so time will tell - no worries if it doesn't compare it was delis for dinner last night and enough left for sandwiches today.
We are having the pork loin tonight but it is that long since I cooked anything like this not sure how to do them yet - if anyone would like to share their recipes it would be great to see and also educational for others as I am sure lots of people have these in their freezers and might benefit from seeing different recipes
Hi DB..hope your cold clears up soon..mine's hung on for a week now:eek: Recipie below from LL also one from me too;
In a casserole dish slice an apple, onion, mushrooms, carrots (all whoopsied veg!) place pork loin on top and add a little water, cover and cook for about 1 hour then remove the cover and add some Aunt Bessie gravy granules to thicken, return to oven for further 10 mins, serve with potatoes, Yorkshire puds. You can also add diced potatoes if you prefer less washing up!LadyLeenie wrote: »I cooked two of the chops the other night. I made some stuffing and spread it on them and covered them with mushroom soup. Put them in the oven for about an hour and very nice they were too. i have just taken a beef casserole out of the oven for tomorrows dinner.If it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly!0 -

Just wanted to say how silly I feel saying about my DD as at their age, I guess it is quite trivial compared to what others have been through. Night all
Still catching up, but don't ever think you're silly, nothing is trivial where your kids are concerned, my DS is soon to turn 21 and has been at uni in England for 2 years and I still panic when I haven't heard from him in a couple of days!! Even now he's home I still text him goodnight if he's out and give him a hug before he leaves the house. Gawd that makes me sound like an overbearing mother but my kids have had the most freedom of any of their friends and have turned out to be amazing people that make my heart swell with pride:heart2:Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.:heart2:0 -

Happy Birthday KurlyKale:bdaycake:and welcome onboard to Monkey feet, sounds like you fit in perfectly:TThe info you get on here is fab and not just glitches and deals all sorts of stuff;) Like my DS has been geocaching with some of his mates as they've been a bit bored during the day and because MMW does it with her DS I knew what it was:T:T:TSo when I asked him where he was going he said don't worry mum it's something off the internet you wouldnt understand and when I proceeded to tell him all about it because of MMW he was a bit taken aback!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Anyway morning everyone, bit overcast this morning and am properly working with the Olympics on in the background and my pen & paper next to me making little lists of what I "need" when I hit the shops tonight;)Just want to say that last week when I felt all coldy and bunged up I filed every single coupon into an A4 folder in clear pockets and labelled each one, like T's cc coupons, Lenor coupons,Febreze coupons etc and now when I nip out I just bung it in the car and when I get in the carpark work out what I need.It has made a massive difference and I'm so much more organised and got myself an extra 280 cc points this weekend just through being organised and checking my folder before I went in;);)
I think I'm getting worse!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
where are you getting the lenor and febreze coupons from??

I think they are a different 9 pack. I am going to buy them today as with the amount I will be saving on fuel it is worth it for me.
I was going to buy 6 packs so 3 vouchers = £30.00 plus £10 of other stuff hopefully using vouchers and my £5.00 of £40.00 xxNow on the 5:2 diet.
Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go0
