They've been done away with instore as far as I'm concerned and your conversation with the compliance manager pretty much sums it up. I was kinda told the same, but didn't have much faith in the guy at the time, but looks like he wasn't telling porkies!
You going to bring it up with the FB guys?!
I think I will...but will wait till tomorrow morning..maybe a few of you could add your comments;) I need to get my head around the correct "tone" in order to get more than the usual 1 brain cell response !If it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly!0 -
The post I quoted only had 6, I though at A's you need 8 comparable???
You need 8 different grocery items but only 1 needs to compare
Does the following help.....?
If you were to buy 8 grocery items, its possible that S may only stock 1 of these same items so this one item will be compared
Whereas T may stock 3 of the same items and so these 3 items will compare
Maybe M stocks 5 of the same items
On this occasion you have done one shop with 8 items but you will get results of 1/3/5 comparisons against S,T,M respectively on the same APG
If 8 comparing items were required then that would mean that EVERY supermarket (A, T, S, M, W) would have to all stock the same 8 products in the same size/weight/flavour/etc. It would take a heck of a lot of doing to put together a shop like that :eek::eek:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Im on a mission this week to spend no actual money on the groceries, pp's apg's, bm's and coupons are the only permitted currency allowed. (unless of course there is an epic glitch that need hammering):D

Evening Elite....I haven't been reading for a few days because since my car was scrapped on Monday
I haven't been able to get to any supermarkets :eek::eek::eek: and I haven't been on here in case a major glitch happened and I couldn't do anything about it!
Anyway today I have a car!:T:T:T (And my life back too)
Turns out OH has a mate who knows lots about cars and can spot a dodgy one a mile off so he took us out looking :T and I've got a P reg Peugeot 306 which cost £400 and although a few bits are falling off it's OK and tomorrow it will be wheeling down the A470 to Mr A for a womble - not been for a week and I feel like I have gone cold turkey!
Can anybody tell me please is there anything new in the last few days? I guess OJ and yogurts are long gone now but I see something about pork loins? Makes a change from pizza!!!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
P reg 306 eh??? Hope its a diesel as those things will run happily on a 50/50 mix of sunflower oil.....which oddly enough you can buy in asda with APG's0 -
