Lindos - I am so sorry for you and your family. I really hope your mum gets a bit better. I struggled so much with the Nhs for the 3 months that my mum was in hospital, they are just awful sometimes. I pretty much stayed at the hospital for 3 months with staff saying you should go home tonight and need to rest but how can you when your mum is having seizures that aren't being noticed because they put her in a side room and left her there.

All you can do is your best and it will feel like it isn't enough. I am still struggling to come to terms with decisions I made during my mums illness and subsequent passing.

I sincerely hope your situation improves and will remember you all in my prayers.

I'm sure his weight has something to do with it.

I have a bit of a shoe OCD and have loads of pairs...

I would advise investing in a quality pair of shoes £100 plus or more if it can be afforded...go for leather uppers AND leather soles...they are few and far between now and you will pay thru the nose for them, I never wear man made soles, too uncomfortable...

it may sound alot but a pair of £200 shoes should last a life time and since HC is getting thru a pair of £40-50 shoes every 2 months or so it would work out far better value!!:D
