    Can anyone help please as I am rubbish at maths.

    If I buy 6 bottles of £7.99 wine on 2 for £12, how much will it cost me after the 25% discount. How do I work it out? Thank you. :)

  • I've not been able to find these in my local store so asked on their FB page....I'd already been told by my local store that they had been pulled by HO....T's customer services couldn't tell me why and it appears that their guys of FB have no idea either..anyone found any anywhere ????? Seems very fishy to me SmellyFish.jpg

    I was told in one store yesterday that they didn't do them anymore either :think: But when I said it was available online he went to look and came back to tell me they wont be getting them in but they'll be in the Extras, so like you I messaged them to ask and they came back and said there had been a delay but they should be getting them in.

    I'll not hold my breath though because the last issue never appeared either...Def something fishy going on...

    £7.99 x 6 = 47.94
    47.94 / 4 = 11.99

    3 x £12 = £36 - £11.99 = £24.01 = £4.00 a bottle

    I think this is correct but I have a head cold and I'm all woolly brained :)

  • We went from Dublin via Gatwick! I'd booked it last year then a week later they announced restarting the direct from the International, typical as I'd waited as long as I could before it was a case of now or never :)
    Thy do direct from Dublin and the International but the International ones are chartered ones, I know we priced them when they did become available and it was £1200 per person!! :eek: I paid £850 for mine and £750 for DS and that included the villa for 2 weeks, to do the same trip direct from Dublin was costing £300 more each and all I could think of was 'that's half my spending money gone if I went that way'.
    It wasn't too bad because the cases went straight through so no worrying about that and BA had a bus running between the 2 terminals
    Sorry if I rambled a bit and hope this helps

    BTW it was booked through netflights

    Thank you so much for that. I had no idea just how expensive it was to go from Belfast so I think I'll grit my teeth and look at the other options. Loved your post about coupons as well. I used to see them in papers and the shopping malls but it's only now I can understand how useful they'd be! Have bookmarked The Dibb as well for reference. Thank you again.

    And for anyone that doesn't know, the Red Arrows are doing a fly past of all the capital cities today. The are flying over Belfast at 1pm and from what I gather straight out again over South Belfast I'd guess towards Wales/England.

    I'll give it a go..
    6x7.99 =47.94 less 25% (11.98) less 2 for £12.00 (3,98 x3=11.94) so
    47.94 -11.98-11.94 = 24.02 to pay ( I think!) :T
    If it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly! ;)
