I think you should be comparing them to Sainsburys as they are £2 there, the mayo and coffee is also cheaper there than Tesco x

I'm not getting the hang of posting stuff 'professionally' on this thread. Does anyone know if there is an easy to follow guide on how to put in pictures / photos / or screen shots from eg the Sainers site?
[with simple instructions suitable for a technically inept person who can hardly use a tv remote]
    I would be very grateful.

Happychappy is your man for that and he's about somewhere;)
Happy are you behind the sofa??;)

Let me see if I can help. If you want to post a picture on this site, all you have do do is get the images URL (link). If it is on your PC then you need to upload it to Photobucket, or Imageshack, or some such (follow their instructions). If it's on the web, right mouse click on it and "copy image link".

Then when replying to a thread or making a post, click the little insertimage.gif sign and paste your link into the box that comes up.

    Hope this helps.

PS - I got that little icon by doing just what I told you to do and right click "copy image url" of the icon itself! :rotfl:
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

So do you get refunded via the TOTAL BASKET price or for the INDIVIDUAL items in the basket versus the other stores?
Sorry If im being dumb, im just trying to make sense of it so i dont make the same mistake again.
It compares the TOTAL basket. When doing JTD shops always buy woopsies and special offers separate from your JTD targeted shop! This is v.important. HTH :A

LittleLadyBug, this is the shop I plan for tomorrow if that helps , I posted this earlier

I'm still trying to work out my petrol shop, 4 hours later

I know you experienced shoppers must now be fed up with all the questions from us learners but can I ask someone please to take a quick look at my planned petrol shop if they get time? :p

    4 Heinz Mayo £9
    1 Nescafe £7
    2 Robinsons £7
    8 other items like:
    10p stock cubes
    20p Gravy granuals
    10p sweets

    Clothing £25

    Total spend £ 48

    Using vouchers hopefully £5 wys £40, £6 wys £40 and £5 wys £25

costs £32, return clothing, (gift cards are fine as pay for petrol :D) outlay therefore £ 7

Receive 30p petrol coupons and jtd of £ 4.91 on mayo, £3 on squash,
    £2.22 coffee, = £10.13 but capped at £10
