I had a similar thing happen last year when there was an offer on points with perfume. Basically I bought some the after shave instead of the perfume ( similar bottle) and exchanged it the next day. The points offer was the same on both so no change there. it was 5000 points and a week later I realised they were missing from my account. Then next time I went in I was followed around the shop and in the end I confronted the assistant manager and demanded to know what I had done. Apparently they had been told by HO to remove my points so wanted my clubcard. I refused and it appears when I had done the exchange the CS lady had made a note of my cc no and investigated my account.
It took me 3 weeks, numeruous phone calls and 2 meeting with the manager to sort it out. In that time they removed and added the points 3 times!!
The trout does not remember me now but the manager always has a chat and ask me what bargains I got today.

I'm still trying to work out my petrol shop, 4 hours later

I know you experienced shoppers must now be fed up with all the questions from us learners but can I ask someone please to take a quick look at my planned petrol shop if they get time? :p

    4 Heinz Mayo £9
    1 Nescafe £7
    2 Robinsons £7
    8 other items like:
    10p stock cubes
    20p Gravy granuals
    10p sweets

    Clothing £25

    Total spend £ 48

    Using vouchers hopefully £5 wys £40, £6 wys £40 and £5 wys £25

costs £32, return clothing, (gift cards are fine as pay for petrol :D) outlay therefore £ 7

Receive 30p petrol coupons and jtd of £ 4.91 on mayo, £3 on squash,
    £2.22 coffee, = £10.13 but capped at £10

I'm not thanking this post, don't you dare keep everything to yourself, people like to help and feel useful so you'd be being REALLY selfish not letting us help you.

    So there.

Has anyone tried 13 packs of shandy and then buying something for 51p to take it to £20.01?
13 vouchers makes it £7.01 to pay with a £6.50BM?
