Was with DH in A's and spotted a receipt in the parked trollies about 9 along so used coin to separate where I thought the receipt was, not quite enough, no more change so DH gave me a pound, got to the receipt but dropped the pound when I was putting the trollies back together. Two old dears then helped us looking for the pound. DH said he was so embarrassed, told him he needs to come wombling more and get a thick skin:D
Definately have to have a thick skin to womble, sometimes I think people think I'm some mad woman tidying up the carpark:rotfl::rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

Had two emails from T's. One offering 6 x£6.00 for free delivery. The other offering 1500 club card points over 3 shops. Wonder if I can use these together and can I also use a £6.00 wys £40 and £5 off £40 in the same shop?If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0

Evening,
Just catching up. Still baking hot here, barely any breeze despite most of the windows open. Isn't tomorrow supposed to be the hottest day of the year so far?Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find0 -
Just finished mowing the lawn after cutting hedge earlier today. I put all the cuttings from the hedge on the lawn and mowed it all up and in the bin. Just have free french bread pizza and a lovely cold shandy. Off to do my sister's vat return tommorow so a quick trip to Mr S I think, I still have some beer vouchers and a BM for £10.00.
On Thursday off to Yxxvil to take Mum to hospital to have stitches out so a quick trip to Mr A to spend my 4 APG and then a trip to the big T to do my £40.00 shop with vouchers.
Not a good day really as had massive row with Mum about my caring for her and wanting to cut down. See what tommorow brings.
Another shandy maybe??
Hi Rose, sorry to hear this. It is so difficult to get it right isn't it. The more I do for my mum the more she seems to expect, she has lost all sense of time and how long I actually spend there sometimes. She seems to forget how long things take in the real world. I'm coping ok though at the moment. If ever you need to chat you can always PM me. x0 -
Ooooh just remembered, DH bought a pair of sunglasses today from S's which went through at half price. Was told all sunglasses are half price but no sign up though. HTHIf it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:0

I did struggle down they A40:eek::eek::eek::eek:I know I'm flipping mad but your one hasnt got enough types of mullers in it:(
Just about finished that one and just about to start the 2nd one:o:o
Am I seriously losing the plot??? Went to A's and their was a receipt stuck in a trolley(The little ones) No way could I get it out so I systematically put my £1 coin in 9 times and moved 9 trolleys to the next line and then got my womble which has just given me back £2.07:T:T:T
There was one stuck few trolleys back at mine other day. Went in and got some bits that I didn't want to be included in APG and then went back out for a trolley and only had to move one.
Not sure if I would always be able to get the timing quite as good as that.0 -

then she marked my receipt and crossed off 3 yogs. if i get the expected apg can they refuse to take it as my receipt is marked:(
The person on the till is unlikely to question it. If they just just tell them that's how they worked out the refund as you got 20 and the discount didn't come off. The exact same thing happened to me but whatever way they tried to work out the refund, they were checking off each yogurt so it looked liked I'd had a refund on them all. Checkout lady didn't give 2 hoots but I did explain as she was checking the reeipt & voucher. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0
