    Shandy half price in sainsbobs?!

OH has just got back from there, and was charged £2.99 still!
Ive checked online and sure enough its saysing £1.49!

Cant grumble as we did get a brandmatch anyway:rotfl:, but even so, it makes me wobbly about checking prices online and the possibility that store price might not be the same!

    Hi Lindos

Yes my OH went to both 'our' stores today and they were both charging £2.99 for the shandy. Not sure why they vary, are they trying to compete with T's pricing :D

Just posted a nice long reply and then got logged out!!!!

It was about mullers and how more than 10 is considered bulk buying and there is a sign up in my local telling you this so you only get one lot of discount.

However I pointed out to them that put 1 notice 1 inch square at the eye level of the average 3 year old rather than the eye level of the average female shopper was underhand and sneaky at which point they decided to give me a refund on the over charge..

They did however forget my £2 giftcard and as I have already had to "remind" them about their policy twice this week have decided to call head office about it.

HOWEVER --- I have done my apg and have got a voucher for £7.36 thank you very much Mr A Lol

Yep:D As long as you don't get pulled for 'bulk' buying:)

Sorry to quote my own post, but I just got trouted at S's:(
Got a couple of cases of beer and went back for more. When I got to the till, The till supervisor came over,
TS- you can only use 1 coupon per person
Me- where does it say that?
Ts- you've had a few of the beers already and you can only have one booklet
Me- I only used 1 coupon per product, that's what is says!
Ts- No, you're only allowed to take 1 booklet!
    Me Why?
Ts- so other people can have a magazine
Me- theres loads here, I haven't taken them all!
Ts- you can have 1 pack and that's all.
    Me-Nah, I won't have any.
I was only getting 5 packs, with a bit of extra shopping to get to £20
First time I've been trouted in Sainsbobs:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
did get 21 packs before being trouted!!!

Well if you're mad, I'm madder
I've walked about 6 miles tonight with Purdy as I decided to have a proper go at wombling in the new A's and then to S's just up the road
Left it until about 6.30 so it wasn't quite so hot and even took a small ball which I could "roll" under any parked trollies. Also wore combats with lots of pockets for all the receipts and BM's I was going to find:)
I was parched by the time I got to A's but hadn't brought any money with me so couldn't get a bottle of water but hey ho the APG's would buy me lots of water....or it should have in the real world....but not a ruddy receipt to be found and I covered the whole car park and the trolley bay.
Sainsbobs is a lot bigger though so I was confident I'd make up for it there.
Dragged Purdy round there and again trawled the whole carpark and the bushes at the back....nuffin!!! :(:(:(:(

By this time the poor dogs tongue was nearly tripping her over so we went back via the woods where she had a stream to go in. One happy dog....one peed off owner who now has a blister on a puffy foot :o:o:o
Think I'll just drive next time

Oh Dear:eek:Thats not good, but think of the exercise:TI had my little bag with me and found a lot by the door and had to just grab them and then discreetly shove them all in my bag;)If it's a new one their probably keeping it really clean, just give it a few weeks and I'm sure it'll be full of them;)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

I did struggle down they A40:eek::eek::eek::eek:I know I'm flipping mad but your one hasnt got enough types of mullers in it:(

Just about finished that one and just about to start the 2nd one:o:o

Am I seriously losing the plot??? Went to A's and their was a receipt stuck in a trolley(The little ones) No way could I get it out so I systematically put my £1 coin in 9 times and moved 9 trolleys to the next line and then got my womble which has just givenme back £2.07:T:T:T

This made me :rotfl::rotfl:. Was with DH in A's and spotted a receipt in the parked trollies about 9 along so used coin to separate where I thought the receipt was, not quite enough, no more change so DH gave me a pound, got to the receipt but dropped the pound when I was putting the trollies back together. Two old dears then helped us looking for the pound. DH said he was so embarrassed, told him he needs to come wombling more and get a thick skin:D

Could you tell me please exactly which pork loin product this is please?

And the 'chuck roaster' - is that the chicken that is £5 that compares at about £2.50? Can't believe that is still going.

    Many thanks.

Its T's simply the best range of pork loin steaks - charles bowers is written on the main label and yes its still the £5 roaster that is comparing - hth xx
