With cats the most important thing is that they drink some fluid.
One of our cats went missing for 2 days and he was not well when he finally came back, just would not eat.
So for days on end, even in the middle of the night, whenever I could get hold of him I used a syringe (spelling!) and squirted water and also a milk/water mix down his throat so even if he was not eating he had some liquid inside him. The vet said I'd done a good job doing this, he did the pinch test and his skin was still elastic. Finally on day 5 he started eating again - I think we would have lost him if I'd not been getting milk into him.

I've always been told if a cat eats absolutely nothing for 2 days its very hard to get them eating again, so I never let them go longer than that without going to the vets.oh yes the pinch test is very useful.

Skinny cat is drinking they both have bottled water a habit they picked up when another cat had teeth out & was hiding upstairs I couldn't be bothered to keep going down to fill up the dish I'd brought upstairs.

She had a few biscuits on the carpet this morning but they are hard to pick up very small. She seems well enough in herself but don't expect either to eat much today because of the heat.

Fudge Cake you do really read everything don't you? Thanks for the mention of skinny cat

Anyone know what happens with a BM if you spend less than the BM..

My backup, has been to get 6 beers and 1 shandy if theres only 6 beers left on the shelf

As S had dropped the price of the shandy that plan has changed slightly, so now plan to get 6 beers and 2 shandys. that will leave me £9.98 to pay after coupons but my BM is £10..

Im not bothered about the 2p:rotfl: but need to know the BM will be accepted at the till as its for more than i need to pay.

Wont need to do this of course, assuming theres beers in 7's, 14s or 21s ;)

I don't think it'll work, well it wouldnt for me yesterday when I tried to use a till split as well(I'd messed up the maths a bit:o) But what about grabbing a newspaper as well because that won't affect your BM;)

    Morning
What a glorious day it is!! Totally blue skies outside my office window and I've just scored 24 points on popmaster (radio2), I love Ken Bruce and yes, I'm old before my time :rotfl:

A freebie for the girls (or boys, I won't discriminate :D!) Bare Minerals makeup - you can get a 3ml/3g makeup and brush. My mum swears by this makeup but I've never tried it so will see how it is.

    good news!!!!

    440%5C0000050157440%5CIDShot_225x225.jpg

this is going to half price from tomorrow at Mr S and is included in the tesco petrol promo :j:j:j:j:j:j:j

    Heinz Mayonnaise Top Down 420g

    Save 50% was £1.95 now 97p

    £2.25 at Mr T

*EDIT Light version is also :)

so buy 4 at Mr T for £9 plus another 6 items and you should get a JTD voucher back for £5. You could also pick up the robinsons 2 for £7 in Mr T (£2 each in Mr S) :)

this didn't work for me last night. I tried to use 2 of each and the till only let her put one of each through. This was on the £2 Fabreeze cans. :(

    Were the 2 coupons different?

Thanks so much for this - surprisingly work don't block that link. :money:

    EDIT - I didn't win :(

It says on terms and conditions, one entry per phone not one per address, so guess you could just use different sims and enter again :)

Firstly let me state this. I never take anything back to CS because I don't ever want my profile raising. I haven't done DTD instore since before DTD on price check started. I will hammer them when Price Promise finishes (which it will) again but for now I like to keep a low profile.

If each voucher saves you £4 use it as that in your Math.

If you are getting Robbinson's at 2 for £7 and getting £4 off, you are effectively getting 2 lots of Robbinson's for £3. A great deal. If it compares (which I will tell you in about 3 hours) then you get them for £7 - £3 JTD - £4 petrol = -£1 i.e. paid to take them.

    I would buy this shop:
    6 x Robbinsons = £21 + 30p off Petrol.
    1 x Peperoni Dr Otker Pizza = £1 (use £1 pizza voucher).
6 x different cheap value items for less than £1.

    Total spend £22 - JTD voucher back of £9.75 = £12.25
total in Fuel coupons = £12 i.e. pay 25p to take away all your shopping (and clubcard points).

A similar calculation with the Beans.

    4 x Heinz beans = £9 Mr T £6 Mr A. = £3 JTD.
    Buy 3 x 4 x HB = 48 tins for £27.
    1 x Peperoni Dr Otker Pizza = £1 (use £1 pizza voucher).
6 x different cheap value items for less than £1.

Total spend £29 - JTD voucher back of £9.75.
total in Fuel coupons = £12 i.e. pay £7.25 to take away all your shopping (and clubcard points).

Then repeat this with your JTD vouchers. Hope this helps you. :A

I think I already illustrated the coffee example. :A[/QUOT

Excellent - you are an angel:D:D:D
