Evening all
Had a busy day with a visit from my daughter, my mum and 5 grandchildren. The kids had a lovely time in the garden in the splash pool (big paddling pool!!)but my poor lawn now resembles a swamp!!
Gave away some of my stash but managed to replace the OJ's tonight. They are now £1.48 in my local A's too and I cleared what was left in both stores yet still only managed 10 bottles.
Didn't get any whoopsies tonight....managed to just miss them in all four shops!! (2 x S's and 2 x A's in two different towns)
I found 3 packs of beer in the first S's so bought a duvet cover to bring the total to £20 then returned it at the next store
The shelves were full in that store so I managed 21 packs there.:o:o
It was an elderly male SA and he wasn't best pleased, but grudgingly put them all through in 3 seperate transactions, then proceeded to tell the rest of the queue that "She's got all that beer and I've given her £40" I told him it was only £30 thankyou very much and gave him a:p and I said you haven't actually given me anything....I've given you £1.50 :rotfl::rotfl:
Thought I might be pushing it to go back in for shandies though:o
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

My OH is deada against putting supermarket fuel in the car, but I got 5 coupons today, filled up the car at a cost of £83 minus 5 coupons... I saved £30... total to pay £53... Well chuffed with that..
people say that the items are overpriced just to get the 10p off per litre, but if you max it out with JTD's, you'll get some of it back, plus, I must say, they items that have put on the offer are everyday items that I would buy anyway.. eg baked beans, tomato ketchup Robinsons etc etc...
Im not complaining, and I hope the offer lasts a few weeks... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
BTW... evening everyone, missing you all... Im sorry Ive been posting must lately but, me S's dont stock the lager, A's is about 50 miles away... plus we're busy renovating the house as well as work and life in general.... I dont get much time to think let alone anything else.. But I do check up on you when I get the time..:beer::beer:
Hope everyone's well... Any news on how Mrs 3dogs is???
HC, nice to see you posting again...;);)
West is Best, I'd be grateful if you could let us know if the coffee price matches or if it becomes an N/A price porkie?
I'd use the coffee for the fuel vouchers, but only if they match! The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -

Apologies again for not being around ... haven't managed to catch up either ... but I thought I'd share this anonomly with ya all.
This evening I made a bit of a school girl error with my mullers ... I bought 8!!!!! Not 6 or 10 but 8!!! Argh!! But the strangest thing of all is the discount I got on the receipt:YOGS 10F£4 OR 6F£3 003L -£1.46I just can't work this out ... surely I should have only got 72p off??? 62p x 6 = £3.72
BTW ... the multibuy on the bread (not showing on MSM before I went out) showed on the APG
PROBLEM SOLVED!!! I got 8 for £3.50 ... half way between £3 and £40 -
