Think you have to avoid the shandy as it compares with another shop, but you can add other shopping such as own brand stuff (to avoid going over BM limit). Warning - not done this myself but read it on the thread and thought you might want a quick reply!

Yes you can get 6 beers and 1 shandy should come to £20.99 use 6 £1.50 & 1 £1.00 voucher then get a BM of £10.00 it worked for me yesterday

Just buy something for £2 to take you over the £20 mark and you will get £9 back.
Make sure item you buy not on special in Mr S's as will give you less back x

And if not posted already the 50p of the naked salad works if you buy 2 x £1 bags on bogoff! I recon you could use two if you bought the naked tomatoes at £1.50 but on bogoff. Therefore makin 50p for two packs of tomatoes. Apologies if tried and tested!
