Cavity wall is this the problem???

I have had cavity wall insulation for the last 4 years but now have a problem I have never had before and wonder if this is the cause????
I have started getting black/brown spots all over my walls and ceiling..they literally appear over night..I can wipe them off but there are now so many all over the walls and ceiling I would spend all day doing it.
I have no signs of damp in my walls as I have used a damp meter and have an intact damp course membrane around my house.
My bungalow is detatched but these spots appear on both outside and interior walls...
Can anyone advise on this??
Thanks:mad:
