Regional map required to use on website

With an umpteen number of maps available on the net, we have found it difficult to find one that will allow a partial copy to be made for reproduction on a website. The sort of thing we are after, is one that includes, Bath/Chippenham/Bristol as this is the area covered in our line of business. If anyone can help, it would be more than appreciated, thanks in anticipation.
PS. We are aware it can be done via Google, but they give you a link and we don't want a "link", we want an actual map visible.
