Amazon possible Fraudulent seller

Hi all,
I bought a DIY tool from an amazon uk 3rd party seller, and I have reason to believe the seller may be fraudulent. What makes me think this is that the item was much cheaper than the amazon uk price. Also they had zero feedback with a generic DIY-type name. But the main thing is that the item was allegedly posted on Monday, and hasn't arrived yet (I've never had an item take that long to arrive). Have tried to contact the seller but no response. What makes me *really* suspicious is that since I bought the item another seller has appeared with another generic sounding DIY name, selling the same item, for a similarly cheap price, again with zero feedback. Call me cynical but I suspect foul play.

My question is, what is the best way to get my money back? Should I go through Amazon's A-Z procedure (the problem with that is I will use up one of my 5 lifetime requests) or chargeback via credit card? (item was purchased via HSBC Visa card)?
