Campsite in North/North East Norfolk with playarea?!

Hi folks,
We are really late getting organised for a camping trip in 2 weeks!! Has anyone got any suggestions for a campsite ideally with a play area in North or North East Norfolk please?
Many thanks in advance

  • Thank you.
I've discovered a website called ukcampsite.co.uk which seems really good. The reviews on there are not very good for the Overstrand campsite - mostly to do with the toilets! - but I love the idea of the clifftop location. What's your opinion, having stayed there?

The toilets were ok... the showers are hot, but there's only 2 in ladies and 2 in the mens. The staff are amazing, they can't do enough for you. The cafe is great/ cheap.

Access to the beach is by a very steep path.... or if you walk for 300 yds, there's a more gentle (tarmaced) slope.

They have a facebook page and this year have been posting daily YouTube video clips.

There is a small play ground (just) outside the campsite.

OH, the sunsets are AMAZING... have a look at my previous posts. I am sure I posted a pic on here last year!

I would second Sheringham it is lovely, they also have a sister site equally as nice called Woodhill Park. That one is smaller, cheaper but well maintained. Hope that helps.
