Specific Rules

Entry Rules

1.The PlayStation® Ibiza Competition (“Competition”) is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of UK, France, Germany, Spain, Nordics, Belgium and the Netherlands (each a “Territory”) except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition (“Entrants”).

2.The Competition is open for entries on 9th July 2012 and closes for entries on 30th July 2012 (the “Competition Period”).

3.To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:

a.Submit a photo using the upload feature on the Promoters App
b.Fully complete the entry form
c.Agree to the terms and conditions
d.By entering this Competition Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

4.Registration is subject to acceptance of the SEN Terms of Service and User Agreement and SEN Privacy Policy.

5.Entrants may only submit one entry and will only be eligible to win one prize.

6.Entrants must adhere to the General Rules and in particular, to sections 7 and 8. In addition, entries must not contain any (i) pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery, (ii) abusive, offensive or hateful imagery or language, (iii) harassing or defamatory content, (iv) content that compromises the privacy or safety of yourself or others, (v) content that demeans a particular gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnicity or nationality, (vi) violent or dangerous behaviour, and/or (vii) spam, advertising or other commercial activities.

7.Entry photos will become the property of the Promoter (including all intellectual property rights) and the photo will not be returned.

8.A shortlist of ten (10) entries from each Territory will be chosen by a judging panel and will be in the judging panel’s discretion the ten entries that are deemed to be the most entertaining. The judging panel’s decision is final. The public will then vote one winner from each Territory to win the Prize, so there will be ultimately one winner per Territory.

9.There will be 1 winner per Territory who shall be entitled to take 1 guest aged 18 years or over. The winner(s) shall be notified of their selection within 1 week of the Competition closing.


10.The Prize consists of three (3) night trip for two to Ibiza from 20th August to 23nd August 2012 (inclusive) which includes flights to and from local international airports, accommodation at Ushuaia Beach Hotel, two tickets to the SEN Event on 21st August 2012 and will receive €500 spending money for the Winner and €500 spending money for the Guest. The value of the Prize is €3,000

11.The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the conduct or health and safety of the winner and guest during the duration of the prize offered (unless otherwise caused by the Promoter’s negligence). Furthermore, winners and guests must take responsibility for their own travel costs to and from the local airport, valid visa, travel and medical insurance and passport requirements.

12.Winners will be notified by way of an emailed message sent to the email address submitted as part of entry. Winners must redeem their prize by way of email response no later than 9th August 2012 or the prize will be forfeited and offered to next qualifying entrant.

13.The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish each winner’s name on the Promoter’s website(s) and/or social media channels or those of its partners. Each winner’s details will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked Ibiza competition to the following address: 27 Paul Street, London, EC2 A4JU within 6 weeks of the closing date specified above.

14.If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at their sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any prize awarded.

16.Prize winners must ensure that they comply with the relevant rules of entry when attending the SEN Event. Any refusal of entry is not the responsibility of the Promoter and the Promoter shall have no liability to the prize winner in respect of the same.
