Weather In Tenerife In April

Hi

Im thinking about going to tenerife in the 1st or second week of april. I was just wondering if anyone who has ever been there in april (or any time) or has just got back or is knowledgeable about these things could tell me what to expect and whether its hot enough for sunbathing/swimming etc?

weather should be great as long as no rain around you will be treated to some great weather i have been that time of year and weather was fantastic for the full seven days however if the hotel has a large pool then unless its heated it wont be too great to walk into it best to jump and hold that breath

go to https://www.wunderground.com put in your destination and it will tell you on the page to view past dates i use it all the time you can put in date and time up to 50 years ago and it will tell you what temp it was pretty cool

also if staying anywhere north of los giganties then the weather will change and be cooler in the day

either way nights will be cool so take a fleece

hi, I've been in April (last week of April) and spent the entire week on buses 'chasing' the sun, we had rain, loads of cloud etc - that was in 2001. Then I went this year in February and it was gloriously hot!
