Cancelling Lovefilm DVD Trial

Hmm, it seems the after 10 cancel online option isnt available any more as it gives the messaage that i need to phone them despite their phone lines being closed. I've emailed their customer services but I expect a standard response and also i've emailed my credit card company asking them to cancel it.

Just waiting for responses now but not too hopeful.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Like I say, they have been fine with me on more than one occasion, usually replying within 24 hours

I have just cancelled a 3-month free trial with these people. I returned all DVD's with 14 days left and emptied the list and tries to cancel online. I got a message to phone customer services. I tried again after 2300 hrs and it cancelled fine online, and they sent me a confirmation email.

I seriously hate LoveFilm. They were really good a few years ago, but I suppose they had to be - they had lots and lots of competition.


Now that they have bought everything up (well near enough), they don't care about customer service anymore.


Blockbuster, on the other hand, are great.
