Laptop from Tesco store, now found cheaper on tesco online. Refund possible?

Just one thing that came to mind...is it definitely the same laptop? Manufacturers often do many of the same chassis with slightly different specifications. For example, the laptop you bought, and the laptop on Tesco's website may both be, say, an HP G6, but could be entirely different inside.Squirrel!If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. Have you tried just asking for the difference back? Some retailers offer a Price Promise on things like this.0
