LetSure - are they a "professional" agency?

Hi peoples
I've read heaps of posts about LetSure and their referencing for tenants but given the rather farcical experience I'm having with them at the moment I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with their services.
So far they have;
- failed to fully read and act upon a requested chartered accountant's statement of income,
- failed to ask for further proof of income (as detailed in said statement) just declining the application on grounds of affordability (I blow their criteria out of the water),
- advised that proof was required ONLY after being nagged that they had ignored it's existence only to then turn around and decline to accept copies of letters proving income as they "can only work from originals"
- sent marketing emails to me offering contents insurance for "the property you are about to move in to" despite these having been declined at application,
- refused to discuss my referencing details with me despite me being the data subject (DPA s7) and tenancy agency referring me through to them.
I have options like just paying the whole year's rent upfront but I shouldn't have to just to get rid of these incompetent fools.
Any other stories anyone wishes to share.
A very grumpy prospective tenant.
