Coventry First to Ice Save Transfer

My first year with the Coventry First account will soon be up, and since this means the interest rate will fall I want to transfer a largish sum to Ice Save.

Coventry First is one of my Ice Save linked accounts, so I can pull the money into Ice Save, but is there a limit on how much you can pull at a time?

Don't know about the limit for such transfers (if any) but are you aware that you can open another First account in joint names and transfer all your funds to the new account, thereby gaining another 12 months at the top rate of interest? Of course, this assumes you are in a position to do this!

I'm in the same boat as you, Stompa, and given that I reckon there will be at least one more rise in interest rates, I think I'll pull the money to my Icesave account too.
